Inside and outside sales for a technology company. Position will require the employee to maintain contact with customers and fulfill all material needs for the accounts. Some Leads will be given to the representative, but you are encouraged to scout your own area. Employee will be expected to have a training day and gain all of the knowledge needed to be proficient in your sales position. Sales experience is preferred but not required. Primary Responsibilities
•Answer phones, greet customers, and determine their needs.
•Answer customer questions regarding Company products and their respective uses, features/drawbacks, warranties, prices, etc.

•Process returns and refunds/credits.
